The theme today is Pirates and Fairies...and of course wonderland steampunk magic. In keeping with this theme, I offer you a glimpse into the neo-Victorian world of Steampunk Alice. Picture this scene, Alice is in an airship on it's final decent. She is sitting next to the man she loves, Sir Peter Harvey White. Alice is asking him about his true feelings, but he is being reluctant: "I do want to have a long talk with you about something," replied Peter. "But like I said, now isn’t the time. Look, we’re flying over Mindbender. We’ll be docking soon.” There suddenly was a large thump and a female voice called from the back of the ship. “Everybody listen up. Put your money, jewelry and accessories in our bags, and nobody will get hurt. You have the pleasure of being robbed by Captain Mist and my first mate.” “Air Ship Pirates,” somebody gasped. Looking out of the window, Alice saw a formidable pirate airship. She turned around and saw one male and a striking female pirate carrying guns and holding out leather sacks for frightened people to fill. She frowned when it appeared the male passengers almost seemed happy to fill the captain’s sack: as if the pleasure was truly theirs. She looked around the cabin and noticed a knife holder on a man across the aisle. She got up and quickly reached over, unsnapped the holder and withdrew the gem handled knife from the bewildered man’s belt. That is where I leave you with your imagination.
